Characteristics

Butyronitrile Rubber

Virtues:

Good resistance to oil,nonextreme solvent,abrasion,ageing and 

heat,It’s airtight and has fairly good conductance.

Defects:

Poor resistance to ozone,coldness and insulation.

Polyureth-ane

Virtues:

High mechanical intensitu and degree of finish,Resistance to 

abrasion is better than any other,rubber,It’s airtight and has good 

elasticity,Resistance to resolvent,aneing and oil.

Defects:

Non-water-resistant,easily hydroxylation

Silica Gel

Virtues:

Resistance to heat ans coldness,the range can reach-100 to 

280°C.Supe-rior resistance to ozone,light,thermal oxide and 

ageing.Good insulation

Defects:

Poor tensile and tearing strength,poor abrasion,acid and alkali 

corrosion under normal temperature,and expensive in price.

Natural Rubber

Virtues:

High elasticity and tearing strength,poor abrasion,aicd and alkali 

corrosion under normal temperature,and expensive in price.

Defects:

Easily reaction.Rela-tively poor in resistance to ozone ageing and 

thermal oxide ageing.

Nylon

Virtues:Durable,high hardness

Defects:Easily impacted.

Chloronor-gutta

Virtues:

Supperior in ageing-resistant.Certain resistance

to heat.Service time can last for 4 months under

90-110°C.Fairly good resistance to oil and resolvent.

Defects:

Poor stable property in storage.Easily hardenized and 

deteriorating.Relatively poor in resistance to coldness and 

insuation.

Tribasic Ethanoyle Rubber

Virtues:

Resistance to reslovent,ageing.Hign elasticity.

Chlorosulfonated polyethylene

Virtues:

Excellent properties:anti-ozone,weather resistance,chemical 

resistance,discolorstion resistance;Heat-resistant,continuous 

working temperature is 120~140°C,disconnected working 

temperature can reach 140~160°C;Containing more oxygen,burning resistance,burning very 

slowly.

Withdraw the flame,it will extinguish;Good oil resistance,

equivalent the Nitrile rubber which contains Acrylonitrile 40;

Dielectric properties of Vulcanixed rubber is excellent.

Defects:

Low temperature resistance is not good,not bear aromatic 

hydrocarbon.
